Job summary

Arcadia Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a collaborative, team-based environment in Peoria, IL. The position offers hourly compensation between $40 and $45 per hour and supports growth, training, and a supportive leadership culture.

The RN will perform residents assessments, develop care plans with healthcare professionals, coordinate with the IDT to optimize outcomes, supervise CNAs, and ensure compliance with IDPH/CMS regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse license.
• Long Term Care (LTC) experience preferred.
• Strong, effective communication.
• Exemplary leadership skills.
• #ACNL NRS.

Responsibilities
