Arcadia Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a collaborative, team-based environment. The RN will perform resident assessments, develop care plans with a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with IDT, supervise CNAs, and ensure compliance with IDPH/CMS.

The position offers hourly pay between $40 and $45, full-time, part-time or PRN options, and a robust benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and professional leadership

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license is required.
• Long Term Care (LTC) experience preferred.
• Strong, effective communication and leadership skills.
