Accura HealthCare of Onawa is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - Charge Nurse to lead the clinical team on one or more units and oversee operations to ensure the highest standard of care in line with laws, regulations, and our organization standards.

This full-time role offers starting pay of $36 per hour with increases based on experience, a 6a-6p shift, and rotating weekends, within a supportive team that values quality, compassion, and partnership in care.

Formación

• Hold current RN license with applicable state, without restrictions.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and state regulations governing long-term care.
• Supervisory/management experience in long-term care preferred.
• Capable of performing essential functions with or without accommodations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing leadership to the clinical team and direct operations for care units.
• Ensure care meets all laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
• Oversee the clinical team to promote high-quality resident outcomes.

Conocimientos
