Job summary

Spanish Cove Retirement Village in Yukon, OK, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse to lead nursing care in our Long-Term Care department. You will coordinate total nursing care, implement procedures, and work with the Director of Nursing.

This role requires an active Oklahoma RN license, the ability to lift 100 lbs, and weekend/holiday availability. We value compassionate, patient-focused care and offer a supportive team, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma RN license required.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent and nursing degree.
• Hoyer lift experience or ability to use assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing care and coordinate total resident care.
• Implement procedures and programs for patient safety.
• Collaborate with DON and ADON to set goals.
• Determine work procedures and manage workflow.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Supervise appropriate personnel and provide daily/periodic reports.
• Perform duties of CNA and CMA when required.
