Aliya Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide total nursing care for residents in a skilled nursing facility. The RN will oversee staff, delegate duties, and ensure adherence to facility policies during the assigned shift.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing education program.
• Active RN license in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Provide total care for residents on the assigned unit during the shift.
• Collaborate with the allied health team to develop and implement care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per policy and evaluate effectiveness.
• Maintain an environment that supports residents’ physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Educate residents and families about care plans, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor team performance and provide staff development support as needed.
• Assign and oversee nursing duties to ensure tasks are completed safely.
