Job summary

Linwood Meadows Care Center in Visalia, CA is seeking a dedicated RN to serve as Charge Nurse on the NOC shift. This role leads the nursing team, coordinates care, and ensures residents receive safe, high-quality treatment during overnight hours.

Qualifications

Charge Nurse (RN) - Full-Time NOC Shift

Linwood Meadows Care Center - Visalia, CA

Salary Range: $40-$55/hour (DOE)

Schedule: 12-hour shifts

Linwood Meadows Care Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Charge Nurse for the NOC shift. The ideal candidate will be a strong clinical leader who is passionate about providing exceptional care to our residents and supporting our nursing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate nursing care during the NOC shift
• Supervise CNAs and LVNs to ensure quality resident care
