Qualifications

• Current Alabama RN license or Multi-State RN license per NLC Alabama.
• Chemotherapy certification obtained within 12 months of hire date.
• Maintain BLS certification.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate patient care with staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate patient care provided by licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Administer medications, including controlled substances, and manage IV therapies.
• Respond to emergencies; perform CPR and basic life support per AHA standards.
• Document and communicate patient care plans and progress to the health care team.
