Job summary

BayCare is seeking an EP Charge RN in Riverview, FL to support the Cardiovascular and Interventional Services Team. The RN will assist in diagnostic and invasive procedures, manage room charge, and lead the team when directed by the manager.

A strong clinical and technical background in Cardiovascular/Interventional care is required. Qualified candidates will have an RN license, BLS/ACLS, and 2+ years of clinical nursing experience with cath lab exposure.

Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• BLS and ACLS are required.
• Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience with at least 1 year in Cath Lab/Interventional settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnostic and invasive Cardiovascular/Interventional procedures.
• Take on room charge and act as team leader when assigned by Manager.
• Promote evidence-based clinical care and proctor team members as needed.

BayCare is looking for its newest EP,Charge RNin Riverview, FL.The EP Charge Nurse serves as a member of the Cardiovascular and Interventional Services Team assisting in the performance of diagnostic and invasive procedures. Resident Expert in clinical and technical aspect of Cardiovascular/Interventional. Independently functions during diagnostic and interventions with no supervision. Assumes Room charge, team leader charge and proctorship of team members when assigned by Manager. Promotes evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence.
