Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan Luverne is responsible for providing individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process. Collaborates with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care while maintaining a Christian environment and high standards of quality.

You will coordinate care, conduct assessments, and support residents across health maintenance, prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license; multi-state licensure preferred in NLC states.
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications, as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide individualized resident care.
• Collaborates with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment and education across care settings.
