Spanish Cove Retirement Village in Yukon, OK is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse to lead nursing care in the Long-Term Care department. You will coordinate total resident care, implement procedures, communicate with leadership, and supervise staff to maintain high-quality service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma RN license.
• Enjoy one-on-one patient settings and continuous learning.
• Must work weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift/move 100 lbs and perform job duties.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care and coordinate total resident care.
• Implement procedures and programs as directed.
• Collaborate with DON and ADON to set goals.
• Determine work procedures and expedite workflow.
• Ensure compliance with policies and health regulations.
• Supervise appropriate personnel and communicate effectively.
• Provide daily and periodic reports.
• Perform CNA and CMA duties when required.
