Company Description The Puller Veterans Care Center provides long-term care, memory care, short-term rehabilitation, and enriching life experiences exclusively for Virginia veterans. Located on 30 acres in Fauquier County on the historic former Vint Hill Farms Station, the Center serves residents in a setting that honors military and national security service during World War II and the Cold War. The facility features 128 private, spacious rooms with private restrooms and walk-in showers, along with common living, dining, and day rooms, lounges, and an open courtyard and meditation garden. Admissions are focused on honorably discharged veterans who meet Virginia residency and medical criteria, with staff available to guide applicants through the process. This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role located in Warrenton, VA at the Puller Veterans Care Center. The Registered Nurse will provide direct nursing care to veteran residents, including assessing health status, administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, and documenting care in accordance with clinical standards and regulations. The role includes coordinating care plans with an interdisciplinary team, communicating with residents and families about health concerns, and supporting rehabilitation and memory care programs. The Registered Nurse will help ensure infection control, safety, and quality-of-care practices are followed, and will respond to urgent and emergent situations in a timely and professional manner. The position also involves mentoring nursing staff, participating in ongoing training, and contributing to a supportive, respectful environment for residents and colleagues.
