Baylor Scott & White Continuing Care Hospital – Temple is seeking an RN Charge for the Night shift. This full-time role in the Skilled Nursing Unit focuses on patient assessment, care planning, and coordination with the care team to support acute, short-term recovery needs in a 48-bed facility.

The RN will supervise nursing activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to a patient-centered environment aligned with the organization’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Completed an established nursing program.
• At least two years in the field.
• Registered Nurse License.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Oversee patient care and evaluate patients.
• Apply nursing regulations and follow clinical protocols.
• Create personalized care plans and assess patient responses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote healing.
