Overview:

The Charge Registered Nurse utilizing theoretical concepts as a basis for decisions in practice will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in accordance with standards of nursing practice.

Incentives:

1. Experienced Nurse Sign on Bonus up to $20,000 for select departments and shifts
2. Relocation Assistance up to $7,000 per policy with a 12 month agreement for select departments

Qualifications:

1. Required Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
2. Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
3. Certifications: Completes Hospital and required nursing competencies, mandatory in-services/MyEducation assignments and relevant certifications (ex. BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.) within required time frame.
