Qualifications

• 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience required.

• Proficient in using hospital information systems and EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and supports nursing and support staff during shifts.
• Evaluates staff performance and provides coaching.
• Oversees patient care planning and implementation.
