The American Nurses Enterprise (ANE) is seeking to hire a RN Certification Analyst. The RN Certification Analyst serves as an expert nursing resource for ensuring all candidates for ANCC board certification meet accreditation requirements for initial eligibility and renewal. Assessment of eligibility includes but is not limited to analyzing information submitted via the initial application, reviewing all transcripts and validation of education, evaluating licensure, and evaluating program accreditation. The analyst conducts analysis of all materials to assess potential gaps requiring clarification and/or submission of additional documentation. The analyst communicates with applicants to ensure all materials submitted meet accreditation requirements.
The analyst also provides counseling to nurses regarding meeting eligibility requirements, renewal requirements, and review of exam results when candidates have questions. The analyst audits documents submitted to demonstrate compliance with renewal requirements have been met.
The analyst collaborates with Certification Associates to gather required documents and to request additional documents as needed from applicants. The analyst escalates complex issues to the Senior Certification Analyst as needed.
The analyst represents the Certification Program at events including conferences to promote ANCC board certifications.
