Job summary

ATD Technology, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Care Unit in Morristown, NJ. The successful candidate will apply the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care within a Shared Governance model and a culture focused on evidence-based practice.

Requirements include NJ RN license, BLS and ACLS, one year CCU experience, and experience with Swan-Ganz or balloon catheter.

Qualifications

• Licensed NJ RN with current license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• 1 year CCU experience in hospital setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.

Job description

Duties:

Candidate will have the ability to utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served. Through the model of Shared Governance, collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families. Candidate will demonstrate and embrace the PRIDE core values (Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity and Excellence) in every aspect of their job. Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills.

Skills:

At least 1 year of Critical Care experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting. Must have cardiac ICU exp. 3 years exp. with Swan or Balloon is strongly preferred.

Education:

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing - Required. Associates or Bachelor's Degree - Preferred.

Required License:

Valid New Jersey Nursing License Required. Certifications: BLS Required. ACLS Required.

Shift:

7a-7p. 36 hours/weekly. 3 days/week.
