1. Provide direct patient care using the nursing process, adhering to applicable standards of practice.
2. Implement care plans, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
3. Document patient care accurately.
4. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
5. Assist patients with activities of daily living such as hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and mobility.
6. Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial support.
7. Assess and educate patients and families, considering age, culture, and health conditions.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education:

Associate Degree, Bachelor Degree, or RN Diploma required.

Required Skills:

• American Heart Association or Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire or within 90 days.

• Current TN or Multi-State RN licensure.

Minimum Work Experience:
