Job summary

Piedmont HealthCare is seeking a skilled Cath Lab professional to support invasive cardiac procedures and patient care in a fast-paced setting. You will assist physicians, manage Cath Lab equipment, and provide direct cardiovascular clinical care during procedures.

Minimum qualifications include RN, RCIS, or RCES certification and a Georgia license, with 2 years Cath Lab experience recommended. BCLS and ACLS are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Cath Lab Tech experience.
• RN, RCIS, or RCES licensure/certification required by law.
• BCLS and ACLS are additional qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Assists the physician in invasive cardiac/electrophysiology procedures and manages Cath Lab equipment.
• Provides direct/indirect cardiovascular clinical care during procedures.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Assists the physician in the performance of invasive cardiac/electrophysiology procedures. Has thorough knowledge of all Cath Lab/EP Equipment and maintenance of it and administers direct/indirect care to patients undergoing invasive cardiac procedures. Able to provide direct and indirect cardiovascular clinical care during established procedures.

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiovascular
Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES)
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
2 years Cath Lab Tech Experience
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
Depending on the education held above, one of the following is required:

RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure

RCIS - Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist

RCES - Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist

BCLS and ACLS
