Cynet Health is seeking a Registerd Nurse specialized in Cardiac Cath Lab to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Martinsburg, WV. The RN will provide care to adults undergoing cardiac procedures and participate in all phases of perioperative care in a high-volume lab.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to adult patients undergoing cardiac procedures in the Cath Lab.
• Manage patients during pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases.
• Complete charting using an electronic medical record system.
• Work as part of a 3-person team with 2 RNs and 1 technician; rotate weekends and holidays; participate in call coverage.
• May float to non-invasive positions as needed and participate in emergency procedures.

Description:This position involves working in a cardiac catheterization lab.The RN will be responsible for providing care to adult patients undergoing cardiac procedures.The role includes the management of patients during pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases.RN will work as part of a 3-man team consisting of 2 RNs and 1 technician.The position requires rotating weekends, holidays, and call coverage responsibility.The average number of cases per day ranges from 2 to 9.Familiarity with Acist injectors is preferred but not mandatory.Scrubs will be provided, with RNs wearing navy blue.Participation in emergency procedures and collaboration with the cardiology team is expected.Charting will be completed using an electronic medical record system.Additional responsibilities may include floating to non-invasive positions as needed.
