Job summary

The Cynet HealthStaff team seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for our Cardiac Cath Lab unit in Florida. This fast-paced lab performs complex catheterizations and interventions, with advanced equipment and tight patient ratios.

The successful candidate will contribute to patient care before, during, and after procedures. Requirements include a current RN license, BLS and ACLS, and at least two years in a Cardiac Cath Lab.

Qualifications

Description:We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a Cardiac Cath Lab position.The unit consists of two cath lab rooms, ten pre & post beds, and six holding beds.There are twenty staff members on the unit including RNs and CVTs.The typical patient ratios in the lab are 1:1, in holding 2:1, and in pre/post 4:1.The unit utilizes advanced equipment including GE imaging, Volcano, Rotoblator, Angiojet, IABP, Impella, and Penumbra systems.The EMR systems used are Cerner and Merge hemodynamic systems.Candidates must have previous experience in the Cath Lab and be able to take call.Preference will be given to candidates with structural heart and electrophysiology experience.Typical procedures performed include heart catheterizations and interventions, peripheral catheterizations and interventions, TAVR, Mitra Clip, Watchman, pacemaker and ICD implants, electrophysiology studies and ablations, PFO & ASD closures, and carotid stents.The ideal candidate will have a flexible and easygoing personality.This is a fast-paced and dynamic cath lab that performs advanced cardiac procedures.We have a strong cardiac program with training for residents and fellows.
