Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an RN for the Cath Lab for a 13-week assignment in Illinois. This role requires 1 year of hands-on cardiovascular lab or CCU experience, an active RN license, and BCLS; ACLS is required upon hire and must be maintained.

The position runs days, with a shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and BSN is preferred. You will deliver care to adult and geriatric patients during cardiovascular procedures, ensure safety and high-quality outcomes, and collaborate closely with physicians,

Qualifications

• One year of hands-on clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab with cardiac procedures or in a Critical Care environment.
• Active state RN license.
• Current BCLS; ACLS certification required on hire and maintained.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care to adult and geriatric populations during cardiovascular procedures.
• Ensure safety, comfort, and high-quality outcomes throughout all procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians, providing updates and communicating patient status.
• Prepare and maintain procedure rooms and ensure equipment readiness.
• Manage supplies and inventory to support efficient workflow.
• Monitor physiologic and hemodynamic data, interpreting changes and responding rapidly.
• Maintain thorough patient records and support continuous quality improvement activities.
