Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff in Charleston, SC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a 13-week Cath Lab assignment. The nurse must have Cardiac Cath Lab experience, an active RN license, and a minimum of two years in the specialty.

Night shift, 12-hour shifts, with weekends/holidays rotation as per hospital policy. The unit performs left heart catheterization, PCI, TAVR, pacemaker insertions, Impella, and IABP placements.

Description:Traveler shall be scheduled in accordance with facility policy.Traveler is expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.Staff will operate in a unit with two labs.The average number of cases performed daily is 10.Type of equipment includes GE x-ray.The documentation system used is Maclab and Meditech.Scheduling requirements include 7-9 call days monthly with at least 1 weekend shift.Procedures performed in the unit include left heart catheterization, percutaneous coronary intervention, transcatheter aortic valve replacement, permanent pacemaker insertion, Impella, and intra-aortic balloon pump placement.The dress code requires scrubs, which will be provided.The facility is known for its supportive management and emphasis on teamwork.Staff members appreciate the excellent work-life balance.The location offers a wide array of museums and monuments to explore, as well as numerous aquatic activities.This setting combines southern charm with beautiful coastal experiences.
