Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an RN Case Manager, Workers' Compensation in Arlington Heights, IL. The role coordinates care for work-related injuries and oversees return-to-work processes, using in-person, telehealth, or video visits to monitor progress.

The ideal candidate has a nursing degree, IL RN license, BLS, and 3+ years of clinical nursing; CCM certification is preferred. Travel to other Endeavor Health locations may be required. Monday–Friday schedule with 40 hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Healthcare/Science required.
• RN license (Illinois) required.
• BLS certification required.
• CCM certification or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical care for workers' compensation injuries through return-to-work or case closure.
• Conduct in-person, telephonic, or video assessments to monitor progress.
• Liaise with workers' compensation carriers, TPAs, and legal teams to manage claims.
• Schedule tests, procedures, and treatments to ensure timely services.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists to develop treatment plans.
• Develop and implement return-to-work plans with Employee Health and HR.
