Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license required; Georgia driver’s license.
• BSN preferred; ADN/diploma acceptable with active RN license.
• Minimum 2 years clinical nursing; minimum 1 year in developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical services for assigned regional caseload.
• Provide direct nursing services and staff coaching for medical services.
• Develop and deliver health-related training for staff (medication administration, proxy caregiving, healthcare plans).
• Onboarding support and competency validation for new staff; ongoing education.
• Rotate weekend on-call duties and participate in program staffing and reviews.
