Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess student needs, triage referrals, and connect students with resources.
• Support providers with referrals, aftercare planning, and medical records requests.
• Provide nursing services including triage, vitals, immunizations, and medication administration.
• Develop referral networks and participate in quality improvement activities.
