Job summary

Grifols seeks a skilled RN for Return to Work Case Management to coordinate medical care and facilitate timely return-to-work for injured employees in the US. The role collaborates with adjusters, providers, managers, and employees to ensure appropriate treatment and claims resolution.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN or ADN, valid nursing license in NC or CA, and 1 year (BSN) or 3 years (ADN) of relevant experience in workers' compensation or occupational health nursing, with CPR and OSHA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in nursing from an approved program.
• Current state nursing license (NC/CA as location).
• 1 year (BSN) or 3 years (ADN) in workers' compensation case management or occupational health nursing.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess and coordinate medical care for worker's compensation injuries.
• Coordinate with adjusters, providers, and management for appropriate care.
• Assess fitness to return to work and develop light-duty plans.
• Develop and evaluate case management plans and cost-effective care.
• Maintain confidentiality of medical and demographic information.
• Create and maintain medical records and disability documentation.
• Participate in ADA interactive processes and coordination with HR.
• Provide occupational health services on-site as needed and telephonic triage.
• Serve as rotating on-call RN for Grifols US operations.
• Collaborate with staff nurses to integrate medical service delivery.
