Grifols is seeking a Staff Nurse RN to provide comprehensive occupational health services for US-based employees. Responsibilities include clinic care for injuries, immunizations, respiratory and hearing testing programs, and coordinating pre-placement exams and wellness initiatives.

The role requires nursing licensure in NC/CA (location dependent), CPR/First Aid competency, and experience in occupational health settings. On-site duties span manufacturing, plasma centers, and support areas.

Qualificações

• Licensed to practice nursing in the relevant state (NC/CA depending location).
• BLS/ACLS and CPR certification preferred.
• Experience in occupational health nursing, medical assessment, and emergency care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care for occupational injuries and illnesses, including treatment, assessment, first aid, and referrals.
• Coordinate pre-placement physicals, ongoing health assessments and wellness coaching.
• Manage Hearing Conservation and Vision Testing programs with PPE recommendations and compliance checks.
• Administer Respiratory Protection Program and on-site/off-site testing and training.
• Collaborate on budgeting and supply orders for the Occupational Health Dept.
• Serve as on-call staff and participate in case management of claims as needed.
• Lead immunization programs and administer vaccines per CDC guidelines.
• Maintain medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct rounds across manufacturing and plasma areas to monitor employee health.
