Job summary

Nebraska Medicine is seeking a dedicated RN Case Manager for Village Pointe Aesthetic Surgery in Omaha. This full-time role oversees a defined patient group, coordinating care and ensuring high-quality outcomes across the care continuum.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of nursing experience, an active Nebraska RN license or compact state license, and a BLS certification. PALS may be required depending on the department.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years nursing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required unless Exception A or Exception B criteria are met.
• Current Nebraska RN license or compact state license.
• BLS certification from an American Heart Association endorsed program.
• PALS department dependent required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a system of patient care delivery for a designated group of patients to achieve high quality, cost effective outcomes.
• Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Prioritize clinical decisions and exercise independent judgment across the care continuum.
