Job summary

RN.com is seeking a Hospice RN Case Manager to provide skilled nursing, supportive pain and symptom management for hospice patients and families, in both home and facility settings. 8am-4pm shift with weekday, weekend, and holiday rotation.

The assignment runs for 13 weeks, starting 9/28/2026, and requires MA RN license with at least 1 year of nursing experience (BSN if less than 1 year). BSN preferred; IV certification and computer skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must hold MA RN license.
• At least 1 year nursing experience, or 6 months with BSN.
• Preferred: BSN.
• Hospice home care experience and computer skills.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• MA RN license
• 1 year of nursing experience or 6 months of nursing experience with a BSN

• Hospice Home Care experience, IV Certification, Computer skills
