Home Health & Hospice in Colchester, VT is seeking a Registered Nurse – Case Manager for community hospice. This in-person role requires Vermont RN licensure and 2 years of experience in home health, hospice, or med-surg. Primary shift is Day/Eve-10hr with a 40-hour work week.

A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible external applicants. On-call is not typical and requires flexibility based on program needs.
