• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support quality standards.
• Promote patient safety, regulatory compliance, and continuity of care.

What You'll Do

• Experience supporting patients with complex healthcare needs.

Compensation & Scheduling

Hourly Pay: $47.40–$61.29 for the linked part-time position.

We're collecting interest for the following schedules:

• Full-Time: Subject to confirmed openings.
• Part-Time: Currently advertised 24-hour/week day-shift opportunity.
• Per Diem / PRN: Additional shifts may be available.
