Job summary

St. Mary Medical Center is seeking a Part-time Registered Nurse - Case Management to plan and provide professional nursing services in accordance with standards and policies.

The role involves a PRN/Rotating/Weekend eight-hour shifts, guided by nursing processes, and collaboration within a healthcare team. The position requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, PA RN license (or compact state), and a valid driver’s license; BSN is preferred, with opportunities for professional

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized by PA Board of Nursing or Compact State.
• Valid driver's license where required by assignment.

Responsibilities

• Employment Type/Shift: PRN/Rotating/Weekend (8-hour shift)
• Practice is guided by nursing process & policy / procedure / standards.
• Maintains focused area of expertise for care / program &/or provides interventions or knowledge within niche areas of care / program.
• Advances professional / shared governance, collaborates inter & intra-professionally, delegates to others to advance care, assumes an expanded role & increased responsibility.
• May lead a small team and serve as a unit / service / program nursing practice mentor & identify learning need of others.
