Qualifications

• Three years of acute care clinical experience preferred
• Two years of Case Management or Utilization Review experience preferred
• Current California RN license and active practicum or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize care needs based on patient presentation and care setting.
• Initiate discharge planning upon patient admission.
• Follow nursing processes with sound judgment and regulatory compliance.
• Float to related facilities as needed with orientation and competency checked
