Job summary

The PRC RN Case Manager at Osage Nation Health System delivers professional nursing services to administer the clinical component of the PRC program. The role coordinates patient care for referrals from WZZHC and other IHS/Tribal facilities to non-IHS facilities and acts as an advocate for patients.

Qualifications

• BSN or ADN in Nursing required.
• 3+ years of nursing experience.
• Oklahoma RN license (unrestricted) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing services to administer the clinical component of the PRC program.
• Review care of patients referred from the WZZHC and other IHS/Tribal facilities to non-IHS facilities.
• Advocate for WZZHC patients referred outside of the facility.
