Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license.
• Experience with IHS PRC workflows and referrals.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to start once credentialing is completed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PRC cases and external referrals.
• Review clinical information to support referral and authorization workflows.
• Coordinate care between patients, providers, outside facilities, and internal teams.
• Maintain case management and referral documentation.
• Follow IHS PRC policies and care coordination requirements.
• Support timely follow-up for referred services.
