Job summary

Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is seeking an RN Case Manager to deliver timely, beneficial care for customer-owners and promote quality outcomes within established case management standards.

The role includes supporting the Traumatic Acquired Brain Injury (TABI) project and requires AK RN licensure, BLS, and 1 year of nursing experience or completion of the SCF RN Case Manager Training Program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• License in the State of Alaska as a Registered Nurse.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. ACLS, NRP, ATLS, ALSO and PALS as required for specialty.
• One (1) year nursing experience or successful completion of the RN Case Manager Training Program at SCF.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, beneficial care for customer-owners while adhering to established case management practice standards.
• Support the Traumatic Acquired Brain Injury (TABI) project within SCF policies and Advance Access principles.
