Position Summary:

We are seeking two experienced and self-motivated Registered Nurses to join our team as Nurse Case Managers. In this role, you will manage workers' compensation cases by coordinating medical care, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and helping injured workers return to optimal function and work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide telephonic and in-person case management to injured workers.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, employers, vocational counselors, and claims managers.
• Attend medical appointments as needed.
• Document case activity in compliance with Washington State L&I requirements.
• Maintain timely and professional communication with all stakeholders.
• Track billable hours and meet productivity expectations.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Active Washington State RN license required.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience; prior case management or occupational health experience preferred.
• Certification in Case Management (CCM, CDMS, CRRN, or COHN) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management, organization, and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within Washington State as needed.
