Job summary

Jobtailor in Texas seeks an experienced nurse in a supervisory/quality assurance capacity to coordinate case management and patient care planning from admission to discharge.

You will advocate for patients, report adverse events, ensure proper utilization of services, and contribute to policies. Requires Texas RN license and ADN; Epic experience highly desirable; proficiency with EMR and Microsoft Office; strong interpersonal and independent work skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in a supervisory or quality assurance position in a healthcare environment.
• Case management experience.
• Knowledge as Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Utilizes influencing/motivational interviewing skills.
• Ability to coordinate, analyze, observe, make decisions, and meet deadlines in a detail-oriented manner.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Effective computer skills using Microsoft Office and database software.
• Epic experience highly desirable.
• Demonstrated aptitude and/or proficiency in the use of Electronic Medical Record and Case Management software.
• Associate's degree in nursing is required.
• Current Texas Registered Nurse License is required.
