is responsible for providing end-of-life care and hospice services to patients in their home or community setting. This includes intermittent skilled nursing services and directs, supervises, and instructs hospice aide staff in the provision of personal patient care. This role requires compassion, strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support patients and families through highly sensitive and meaningful experiences.
Current unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practiceValid driver’s license and proof of auto insuranceTwo years of RN experienceTwo years of Hospice/Palliative Nursing experience preferred
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. On call as needed.
