Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an RN Case Manager to oversee pediatric patient caseloads, coordinate care, and support discharge planning across clinical teams. A solid background in case management and bedside nursing is essential.

The 16-week day-shift assignment runs 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays and no on-call duties required. Flexibility to float to pediatric units as needed is desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience.
• Experience in inpatient case management.
• Experience working at the bedside, preferably with at least 5 years of experience, ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities
