Job summary

VIVA HEALTH in Mobile, AL is seeking a Supervisory RN for Case Management to lead day-to-day operations of the ACHN team. The role includes supervising staff, directing objectives, conducting caseload reviews, and visiting provider offices to build partnerships while maintaining a partial caseload as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the ACHN team and provide directional guidance.
• Conduct caseload reviews and supervisory visits to ensure quality and compliance.
• Visit provider offices to develop partnerships with staff and providers and maintain service quality.
• Manage resources for the team and ensure staff have necessary supplies and support.
• Travel within the service area to fulfill role requirements and support the team.
