Tucson Medical Center seeks a Nurse Case Management Supervisor with 5+ years of RN experience and leadership in case management. You will oversee daily staffing, staff evaluations, onboarding, and coaching, while monitoring performance metrics and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include budgeting, variance analysis, and coordinating with Clinical Documentation Improvement, Transition Planning, and Palliative Care.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Five (5) years RN experience and two (2) years in Case Management with leadership experience.
• Current RN licensure permitting work in Arizona and BLS required.
• ACMA certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manages staff; interviews, hires and onboarding team assignments; provides guidance and delegates effectively.
• Oversees daily staffing plans and monitors performance metrics and competencies.
• Assists in budget development; reviews monthly expenses and explains variances.
• Designs and implements staffing plans; coordinates with case management RN lead.
• Promotes compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation and relevant regulations.
