Job Description

As an RN Care Manager at Good Samaritan Hospice, you will provide comfort, compassion, and quality care to patients and families in their time of need. This position primarily involves working in patients' residences, necessitating travel to long-term care facilities and hospitals within the Good Samaritan Hospice service area. Your role will require strong bedside nursing skills for symptom management, crisis intervention, and family education.

Required Experience

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Currently licensed to practice nursing by the Virginia State Board of Nursing.
• Two years of experience in acute care, home health, hospice, med/surg, or geriatric nursing.
• Must possess a valid Virginia driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Certifications/Licensure

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA.
