Accela Rehab & Care Center at Somerton is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Cart Nurse to join our skilled nursing team in Philadelphia, PA. The RN will administer medications, monitor residents, document care, and collaborate with physicians and staff.

This role demands accuracy, empathy, and a resident-centered approach. Qualified applicants hold an active PA RN license and prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred.
