Buffalo Center, part of Centers Health Care, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Buffalo, NY for evening or overnight shifts. The RN will provide care, monitor residents, and collaborate with families and the care team.

Qualified candidates hold a NY RN license, excel in communication, and work well in a team. Long-Term Care experience is preferred. This is a facility-based role within a 200-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Active NY RN license is required.
• Long-Term Care experience is preferred.
• Solid computer skills; working knowledge of MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Provide advice and support to Residents and their families.
• Monitor Residents and administer medications and treatments.
• Document Resident care in charts and records.
• Adhere to infection-control policies to protect Residents and staff.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to resolve Resident needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold quality of care.

Buffalo Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in Buffalo, NY to work the Evening or overnight shift.

DUTIES:

• As a Registered Nurse (RN), Provide advice & support to the Residents and their families

• Monitoring Residents and administering medication and treatments

• Documents Resident care services by charting in Resident & dept. records

• Protects Residents & staff by adhering to infection-control policies & protocols

• Resolves Resident problems &needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies

• Assures quality of care by adhering to Facility philosophies & standards of care

• Maintains Resident confidence by keeping information confidential

REQUIREMENTS:

• Should work well in a team environment

• Current State Registered Nurse RN License

• Long-Term Care experience preferred

• Solid computer skills; working knowledge of MS Office

• Excellent communication skills

• Should be friendly and a strong team worker
