Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license.
• Strong communication and computer skills required.
• Long Term Care experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides advice and support to Residents and their families.
• Monitors Residents and administers medication and treatments.
• Documents Resident care services by charting in Resident and dept. records.
• Adheres to infection-control policies and protocols.
• Resolves Resident problems using multidisciplinary team strategies.
• Supervises LPNs and CNAs.
• Maintains Resident confidentiality.
