Job summary

Buffalo Center, part of the Centers Health Care network, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the overnight shift in Buffalo, NY.

As an RN, you will provide direct patient care, monitor residents, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Current State Registered Nurse license is required.
• Long-Term Care experience preferred.
• Solid computer skills; working knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills and team orientation.
