As an RN, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor progress, and maintain accurate documentation to support resident health and well-being.

You will lead nursing staff, communicate effectively with residents, families and physicians, and ensure compliance with state license requirements.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Excellent clinical judgement and critical thinking.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in long-term or skilled care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and oversee delivery of nursing services.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and policies.
• Monitor patient progress, update care plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
