Glenbridge Health and Rehabilitation in Boone, NC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team. As an RN, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor progress, and maintain accurate documentation to support resident health and well-being.

You will lead nursing staff, communicate effectively with residents, families and physicians, and ensure compliance with state license requirements.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Excellent clinical judgement and critical thinking.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in long-term or skilled care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
