Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of nursing process, theories and clinical expertise.
• Current registration as a nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families and a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Works with CareTeam to ensure skilled nursing care meeting patient needs.
• Assesses patients, plans care and coordinates assignments for team members.
• Administers medications per policy with accuracy.
• Participates in discharge planning and education for patients and families.
